Beware Scams! In Abundance on Adult FriendFinder
Unfortunately, to go along with and expand upon other articles
written on this, I have to give warning to those who are here
and seriously looking.
Example Situation:
I emailed a girl in my town, who posted what appeared to be
a legitimate ad, only to recieve and email from her that
was obviously a pre-written response, directing me to
visit this other website (which I did not bother to do, obviously)
if I wanted to "get to know" her better; also
claiming she had "little time for the internet"
working two jobs.
---------------------------------------------
This is just one of many examples I could give, and Adult FriendFinder needs
to crack down on this.
There is nothing more frustrating than being here, seriously
looking for other people, and this is the kind of garbage
that goes on here in abundance.
I'm a paying Gold Member, and should not have to deal
with this kind of garbage.
It's bad enough that, somehow, tremendous amounts
of spam come from people on this site trying to promote their
pay sites. Its even WORSE when I've actually gone out
of my way to contact someone privately, give them my email,
and recieving this garbage in return.
I'm most unhappy about this, as are many on Adult FriendFinder from
the countless articles I've seen regarding this issue.
The problem I see here is that, there are too many people
who are A) not really serious about being here and what being
here is really all about and B) are just out to scam and make
money.
This is ridiculous, and needs to be dealt with. Paying members,
especially, shouldn't have to deal with this kind
of garbage, especially when you pay to be a Gold Member with
Standard Contacts for $50 per month!
Word of advice, people... don't be surprised if it
happens to you, and watch yourself.
To all those who are scamming, or are simply FLAKES and do
not take being here seriously... go elsewhere!
There are way too many people who play head-games in this
world, and a lot of them seem to come here and spread their
bullshit.
I've sent an email to Adult FriendFinder about this, but I needed to
publically vent my outrage and anger about this situation
and warn others, very seriously, about this problem.
