To all of you that cannot figure out the method to have this
service or any other service hear your complaints. Here
is what you MUST do!!! Contact the service's email
address & enter your complaint with your proposed
action if they fail to contact you back, reject your complaint,
or simply keep doing what you don't like. Putting your
problem into the article pages is like saying "YEAH"
when you hear " this place sucks!!"
Nobody gives a shit until you stop paying the fees &
they want to know what they can do to improve the service
& stop you from leaving. Tell them , then, what you
are pissed about. When the company leaders see a BIG drop
in subscriptions & tons of cancellations, they will
want to find out why. When they see what the Subscription
department has been hiding from them, HEAD-WILL-ROLL,
then they will revise the policies.
