A Moment In Time
A Moment In Time
Hearts awakened by the presence of another,
as they pass through this moment in time;
leaving forever, footprints of passion untried;
Yet they belong to each a different world,
shared by those they love and oblige to.
Souls as one, understanding they are one--
Feeling the presence at the depth of their souls.
The presence within each other, now and always.
In a world all their own, in a place far away,
they are free to love, to share, to touch--
What belongs to them;
Denying what they feel in the here and now,
yet they share a life in a world, their very own,
though it be a world of fantasy--
Stripped of worries and responsibility,
their souls; a reciprical of their love,
as they meet for renewal and strength,
exploring the child within themselves,
they talk of secrets untold;
Secrets no one else can understand.
A private meeting place, no one else can see, or feel--
And amoung them; the pleasures of life,
sight, smell, sound and touch;
peace and joy; passion and oneness;
Without fear, without pain, without anger or tears.
A once in a lifetime love; completeness of one in another;
Sharing a life together, on another plane, in another lifetime;
existing only in the mind, of the hearts, that belong together,
but can never be; as their presence passes, through this
moment in time.
