Who has used or uses a bodyfat scale ?

I have one and it reads out your weight and your body fat percentage.





It is really good for people who are losing weight and lifting
weights. You want to know that you are losing fat or gaining
muscle.


The excuses like I am big boned or I am muscular dont fly if
your body fat percentage is high.


If your body fat percentage is higher than 25 or 30, then
it time to stop making excuses and do something. Don't
say that slimmer people may have higher cholesterol than
you. The fact is you have an increased chance of getting
different diseases and problems.
