(this article is for guys) Such a question disregards everything
enjoyable about sex, which for most people who really enjoy
sex for sex's sake, is fun. Sex is no fun if you put a time
limit on it. "Quickies" can be every bit as fun
or exciting as the full-blown, bottle of wine and candles
night of passion. If a man places a precise minimum amount
of minutes (or hours) on what makes an acceptable encounter,
then he's tempted to keep one eye on his watch and just
ride out his quota, which gets old real fast for both partners.
Monotony is the antithesis of a good sex life.
