It's not just women that benefit from the squats and/or
lunges. Something to include while doing either of these
excellent exercises is pelvic floor lifts [kegels]. If
you clench while in the down motion of the exercise [I refrained
from saying 'going down'- think about that later]
while also holding in the belly it helps stabilise the back
and provides an exellent boost to the second most important
sex muscles [after the brain!].It feels nice to do the clenches
so you may have people looking at you wondering why you have
a slight 'expression'. Happy workouts.
