How do you get into swinging if you are a shy male with not much confidence sexually?
I am a 42 year old male who is in good shape. I am recently seperated
from my wife of 18 years. One of the major issues has always
been her no desire for sex and pushing me away. After all
this time I have developed a bad case of no confidence.
I have always been very interested in swinging but she would
not hear of it at all. Sex was just for having children and
not fun. Now that I am seperated I would like to try but really
don't know how to start. I need some advice.
